Modern gorgeous house, only two hours from NYC, has four bed/two bath set back from the road on eight+ acres in the picturesque Ulster County, 15 minutes to Mohonk Preserve, New Paltz, Woodstock, Kingston, and Saugerties. 15 minutes to Minnewaska State Park for cross country skiing as well as hiking, biking, running, rock-climbing, fishing, swimming, tubing, and boating. Antiques, shopping, and great restaurants are all within the area. Spectacular fall foliage.

House, built in 1993, is modern-country, with gourmet kitchen and open living room, central air and heating. Big dining area accommodates a large meal comfortably. Private master bedroom has its own bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. House features both screened porch and wrap around porch and is surrounded by beautiful trees and a back yard perfect for playing children. House is secluded and can not be seen from the main road.

About 45 minutes from Kingston, Woodstock, Woodbury Commons Outlet Mall, Harrison State Park. Your time at this spacious and inviting house can be filled with hiking, swimming, antique shopping, vineyard tours, boating, cross country skiing, and visits to quaint towns such as Woodstock and Saugerties.

Very clean and well-maintained home that is comfortable and easy to live in. Peaceful and private location on a wooded lot. Great porch for morning coffee and bird watching. Located very close to the Gunks for hiking or climbing, beautiful farmland, wineries, antique shops. Also an easy 15-minute drive to New Paltz. Owners are super nice and made this an easy transaction.

All Around Awesome House - Better than Expected

This was an awesome weekend! I stayed here with a few of my college buddies and my girlfriend and we were blown away by the house. It was well maintained and the amenities were amazing - so many extra blankets and pillows. We were impressed with Linda and her help during the weekend. She called us on Friday evening when we got there to welcome us and then again on Sunday afternoon as we were leaving to make sure that our stay was enjoyable.

The house is great for young adults/couples as well looking for a nice relaxing weekend to get away. You're secluded from the neighbors but at the same time, less than an hour from Central Valley and 20 minutes from New Paltz. Thanks so and we will definitely be back next year!

Wow! What a cool place! My family of 6 stayed here last week. The house is extremely large and very comfortable. The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable too. The area is SOOOO cute!! Lots of little towns nearby with amazing restaurants/wineries/breweries!! I hate that we were only there 2 days before we went to NYC, I want to go back and stay for a week or so. Also Nina was very pleasant and quick to respond to emails. This was a great experience and I would stay here again!

Very conveniently close to things, yet it feels like it is out in the country, surrounded by forest. We saw deer, chipmunks, a groundhog and a black bear and had a very pleasant and relaxing time. The house itself is very nice, too. Everything is just as described and probably more so.

Much More Than Expected

What a great experience!! The house is nestled in the woods off of a long private driveway. We pulled up and noticed 20 deer running through the property. We saw deer from inside our house all weekend long as well.

The house was larger than expected and we were able to fit comfortably 10 adults with 3 small children. We used the basement and side room to complete the 5 bedrooms. Upon arrival we found a welcome package of local information, HD TV, WIFI and all kitchen amenities we could need. Not sure the age of the house but it seems like it was built in the past 5 years and made to look like a mountain home with giant indoor wooden beams showing in tall ceilings.

We had a great New Years weekend. Some went horseback riding, hiking and ice skating within 20 minutes of there and others just sat in to look at the woods the inside views. Great house! Will be back.
