Swim in our crystal clear pool and relax in the hot tub. Use of a 20' Nautic Star Deck Boat is included! There are 3 fully equipped master suites in this home! Enjoy a game of pool, foosball or cards at the game table. We provide a selection of DVDs, books, games and 4 bicycles with helmets for you to enjoy.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that the Renter cancels this reservation / contract for any reason, Owner will attempt to re-market / fill the reservation / contract for the Renter prior to the Renter’s Check-In Date. Your contract will be assignable with the Symphony Land Trust with the approval of the assignee of the Symphony Land Trust. If the cancellation occurs within less than thirty (30) days of the Check-In Date and the Owner is unable to re-market prior to the Renter’s Check-In Date, the Renter will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs. Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-market / fill the Rental Property.
