WINTER SKI SEASON RENTAL NOV 09 - APRIL 10. Rent the best value in Windham - this lovely home is so easy to live in and enjoy. Convenient to Windham and Hunter Mountains. Our home is bright and sunny, private but VERY conveniently located five minutes from Windham Mtn. and ten minutes to Hunter. The property is wooded yet the house has natural light - lots of windows and warmth. Close to Route 23, only 20 min. from NYS Thruway. There are three separate living levels. Entry has a 'mudroom' and laundry. The main floor has a bedroom with queen-size bed and a bath with shower. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area and great room are also on this level. A pellet stove provides ambiance and extra warmth when desired. Upstairs are two bedrooms - queen + two twins and a full bath. Lower level has two twins + separate living room w/TV for kids! WINTER SEASON - we include plowing and pellets for the stove, plus basic cable TV and phone. A sunny deck offers views of the local hills

WINTER SEASONAL RENTAL 09 - 10 STILL AVAILABLE. Save money by renting this bright and happy house in Windham. Windham is only 5 minutes away and Hunter is close by too. Our home is easy to care for and we include the plowing and pellets for the stove for our seasonal renters. Only two and a half hours from NYC, the Northern Catskills has natural beauty abounding in a protected environment of the Catskill Forest Preserve. The towns of Windham and Hunter offer fine dining as well as family friendly restaurants, cultural activities, music and snow sports of all kinds. Golf is a major warmer weather attraction. There are many golf courses within a few minutes of our home. Our property is private but VERY close and convenient to the mountains and all that Windham has to offer. Once you get here, you will not want to leave! Our guests call our home a 'happy house in a great spot!'
