CHARMING LOS ANGELES HOUSE--UNIVERSAL STUDIOS--CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

I travel to LA on business regularly and this charming, very clean and well kept home, was perfect for my trip. It was large, air conditioned, with comfortable furnishings and a kitchen stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils any family of six would need. The proprietor, Laurie, was absolutely wonderful. She met me at the house with the keys and a smile and gave me a quick and instructional tour of the residence. The neighborhood was quiet - with the exception of the jets taking off from Burbank airport. There's plenty of on-street parking and groceries are just minutes away. And the best part, it was unbelievably affordable!

Great little house, very reasonable price!!

We were able to check in without a trouble or a wait----Party of 3 adults and 2 kids, for a 10 day stay.

The owner sent a very detailed arrival/departure/"what to expect" document for the property upon signing of the lease--which made entry and exit a breeze. The lease is very comprehensive with no confusion.

The photos on the site are accurate and up-to-date , although they have changed the patio furniture. The BBQ is on the patio and easy to use. It was nice to have my coffee out there in the morning.

The beds were comfortable, clean. Climate control very good and the neighborhood was pleasant and quite. Parking was safe, easy on the street, never a problem. She has a very nice guide to the neighborhood and LA guide that they put together which was extremely helpful. It's on a quiet residential street, but very easy access to Fwys and everything else--So the "LA traffic" was actually not a big deal.

This home is remodeled from the 40s, a really cute California Bungalow, is not a "luxury marble and granite property," but very, very comfortable, clean, everything is in working order and a very serene place for a family traveling.

Very well priced for the size, location, amenities--We will definitely be back during our next stay in Los Angeles. Highly Recommend.

Our stay at in this property was great!!!

The home was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, had plenty of linens and towels, and had air-conditioning! The private patio contained a bbq grill and eating area - perfect for a great home cooked meal with your companions outside! The only criticism I have is that the upstairs bathroom didn't have a trash can and you pretty much have to be prepared to bring your own paper products (TP and kitchen towels). That in itself, though, is not a huge deal.

The location itself is pretty central - VERY close to the freeway -
15 minutes from Hollywood/Sunset area, right next to Universal Studios, 40 minutes to Venice Beach, etc.

All in all, the place was great if you are looking to not be in a hotel environment. My friends and I enjoyed our stay!
