Our home is set on a ¼ of an acre corner plot with 2,349 sq ft of living space. We have 3 bedrooms, the large master suite opens onto the pool via a luxury bathroom. The double and twin rooms share a family bathroom, which also leads out to the pool area. All rooms have walk-in wardrobes and televisions. There is a large family room with T.V., Video, D.V.D. and C.D. player and a spacious sitting room leading to a family dining area. We have a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar which includes large oven, microwave, dishwasher fridge freezer with automatic ice maker, and waste disposal unit. Some additional features are, a telephone offering free local calls, an Intercom system providing music to all rooms and pool area, a separate laundry room with a large automatic washer and tumble dryer and air conditioning throughout. We also have a games room with pool table, electronic darts, games, PS2 console and a large selection of videos and DVD's for your additional entertainment.

The house is fully equipped with modern facilities in a wonderful area set amongst natural woodland opposite the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve, just off Poinciana Boulevard. It is on an attractive small development of single family homes, situated just south of Kissimmee. Giving you the chance to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Disney, and yet convenient for all the attractions Orlando has to offer, with just an easy 20 minutes drive to Disney World when you are ready for fun . A few minutes away from supermarkets and 10 minutes drive to route 192 with its many restaurants, shops etc. Doral Woods enjoys an up-market rural location and truly offers the best of both worlds for entertainment and relaxation. The complex itself contains floodlit tennis courts and a community pool for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. Two nature reserves can be found only minutes away , they are a fascinating insight into the reclamation of commercial land back into natural habitat.

Local area: Kissimmee is a popular vacation base, south of Orlando and a few minutes from Walt Disney World. The centre of town, Broadway, still has historic shop fronts and there are cattle auctions at the livestiock market on Wednesdays. Down by Lake Tohopekaliga (Lake Toho) boats and fishing tackle can be hired and you can depart for 2 hour nature safaris and Bass fishing trips. Between I-4 and the town centre, US192 is known as Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. To help visitors find their way around there are numbered guide markers set approximately 1 mile apart. Orlando welcomes you as the number one tourist destination on Earth ! while this sunny city is best known as the home of Walt Disney World - which is twice the size of Manhattan - Orlando is theme park heaven with more than 60 attractions, including Universal Orlando, Seaworld and Wet'n'wild. Great golf can be found on the area's many top golf courses. Evenings at downtown Disney and Universal Studios' Hard Rock Cafe are ever popular.

The coast: Lapped by the warm, translucent waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Floridas' West Coast is an alluring mix of white sand beaches, water sports, world class museums and wildlife and is just 90 minutes away. Visit Clearwater or St.Petersburg on the western shores of Tampa Bay, St. Pete is the cultural centre of Pinellas County and like neighbouring Clearwater is divided into two parts, with the downtown heart on the mainland linked by causeways to a barrier island beach. Downtown St. Pete looks out over Tampa Bay behind it's landmark pier and new BayWalk shopping, dining, and entertainment complex, which opened in autumn 2000. Alternatively, head to the East for Daytona Beach or Cape Canaveral. A seamless run of beach communities spills down the coast, from Cocoa Beach down to the Treasure Coast around Fort Pierce and Vero Beach. Sebastian Inlet State Recreation Area is a great place to stop off with two jetties and a catwalk giving access to waters teeming with Bluefish and Spanish mackeral.

Villa was exactly as described and the management company were very helpful. Very convenient for all of the theme parks and Walmart! Area was very quiet and peaceful after a hectic day going round the parks. Children loved the pool and the pool table.

Beautiful villa

This villa is def worth the money, it is beautiful. There were a few things that were not working, such as the pool light and the games room needed updating a little, but the actual villa was welcoming, very clean, a fantastic master bedroom and bathroom (with a huge bath and shower) and the pool was lovely, plenty of sun on it till about 4pm. It is worth getting it heated, we did and the hot water coming from the rocks in the corner was lovely. We would definitely go back to this villa, thank you!!!!

My family - 2 adults + 2 teenagers - had a great time in a clean and comfortable villa. The location was quiet but close enough to everything we could possibly have needed. Two lounge areas allows tv in one and quieter reading in the other - sometimes a quiet room after a day in the theme parks is heaven! Even the pool table gave our holiday an extra edge...my son and I are very competitive!
