Our home boasts a brand new kitchen, 3 1/2 brand new bathrooms and was recently remodeled and is like new, 5 BR, reverse living for great views including 360 degrees from Bay to Ocean from private roof deck. Seventh house from the ocean. Private, corner lot with ample off street parking for up to four cars.

We offer Thursday to Thursday rentals to beat the crazy traffic! Also, http://www.peapod.com delivers groceries to LBI on Thursdays. Your vacation can be even more relaxing with a full weekend, no traffic and grocery delivery! Of course, if you are travelling with others renting Saturday to Saturday please still inquire as we can often meet your request.

Quiet, lovely family neighborhood in the Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club (LEHYC) section of Beach Haven. Within walking distance of great shops, restaurants and live theatre. Life guarded beaches during peak season, badges included! Clean, well equipped and organized home will provide you and your family with an unforgettable vacation. Splinter free 'Trex' Decks off every room in the house, cozy outdoor spaces with ample deck furniture to gather for fun or relaxation.

Home Layout: Ground Level of home has two car garage, storage and laundry as well as outdoor shower. Outdoor seating and 2 kids swings.

First Floor has four bedrooms and two full, new and lovely CLEAN bathrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen four poster bed. Bedroom 2: two twin beds with island theme. Bedroom 3. Single bed with single trundle pull out, can be converted to King with bed bridge or two twins as you need it. Bedroom 4. Single daybed with single trundle pull out, can be converted to King with bed bridge or two twins as you like. Bedroom four can also double as a family room for smaller families.

Second Floor has the master suite with King bed and bathroom with lovely brand new stall shower. Large living room/dining area with cathedral ceilings, open floor plan and ample indoor or outdoor dining space. Clean, well organized, well equipped kitchen. Half bath.

About Long Beach Island: Long Beach Island (LBI) has 18 miles of beautiful white sand beaches that are well groomed and cared for. Has been rated in the top 20 best beaches in the USA. Beach Haven is a jewel on the island. With a designated historic district it is dotted with lovely old Victorians and a brand new Maritime Museum as well as a town green with free concerts on Wednesday evenings during the summer season. There is also ample shopping, dining and even live theatre. Kids will love the miniature golf as well as the Fantasy Island amusement park. Easy day trips possible to good golf, Atlantic City, Cape May, Storybook Land amusements, Wildwood. Take a sunset cruise on the bay, rent a boat for the day or go deep sea fishing, para-sailing or jet skiing. Or, simply relax and enjoy the beautiful clean beaches. Rental includes beach badges and beach chairs. There is also a wagon for taking things or kids to the beach.

Beach Haven is a jewel on Long Beach Island and this location is perfect. You are close enough to walk to all the excitement but far enough to be away from street noise you often find in summer resort communities. This home is 7th from the ocean in the LEHYC section of town. Beach Haven boasts a lovely historic district from the Victorian era as well as homes like this with modern amenities to make for a relaxing vacation.

Golf: There are several courses within a 25-40 minute drive of this property. More details can be provided if needed.

super clean, welll-equipped beach house

My family and I (mix of adults, seniors, tween and small kids) stayed here for two years in a row and could not have been more pleased. Easy walk to the (guarded) beach, quiet neighborhood, bike path right by the house and really well-equipped kitchen (no nasty Teflon here). Close enough to all of the Beach Haven activities while still being far enough away from the nighttime noise, which is sometimes a problem in other parts of LBI and other areas of Beach Haven. The multiple decks off of the rooms and on the roof are a delight for coffee in a.m., cocktails in p.m., meals or just chilling out. The views of ocean and bay are amazing. We required quite a few baby supplies (crib, wagon etc) and the owners had much of what we needed (and arranged to have it set up for us upon arrival). The space is more than adequate and the rooms are bright and sunny during the day and very clean (no musty beach smell!). The owners were wonderful and were happy to assist us in making our stay pleasurable.
