MUST STAY

SAM-ROSE, LUIS-JOSIE, JOE-ANNETTE, as the dinner club minus one couple, we had a great time . the location was easy to find the owners were not only waiting our arrival they called when we did not get there at 1:00 p.m. as we had told them.The entire house was well kept, the pool very clean and the gas pit came in handy. This rental made our vacation. thanks The Dinner Club. S.A. TX. & Moore, Ok.

Spring Break Getaway!!!

We had an awesome spring break vacation in March '09! I chose this condo online, so I was a little worried. I was so amazed when we arrived. It was in immaculate condition, and the owners were so friendly. There were 14 of us from ages 15 to 50, when we originally booked it, there were supposed to be 9 of us, but it was so spacious, that we fit perfect. It rained alot, so the ping pong table and darts kept us busy! The location was near shopping, the beach and a theater! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips! It was a stress free vacation that we can't wait to take again! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome Vacation!!

Our family, all 14 of us, stayed 4 days and 3 nights. It was awesome. The little children (6 of them, ranging from 7 - 2) thought it was the best place ever. They loved, the ocean, and then the swimming pool. The kitchen is big enough for several to pitch in to do the cooking. The bedrooms are very spacious for families with small children. Everything on the website is correct, the house was spotless clean, we were met by very friendly "Donald Duck" aka Richard!!! All the kids loved the greeting. Thanks for making our 1st annual family vacation the best...what great memories...we will return!!!! Thanks!!!

My family and I spent 3 nights in this lovely property. We had 8 adults, 3 teenagers, 2 children, and 2 infants. You can imagine that finding a home to accommodate us would be difficult. Richard and Caludia's home met our needs and exceeded them. We had a very nice time. The home far exceeded our expectations.
House lay out is 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor and 1 smaller bedroom with twin down stairs next to garage door. There are two full baths upstairs and a half downstairs next to kitchen.
The location is great! One short block to the beach and a couple of blocks to the movie theater and shopping centers. The home is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. We saved on meals by staying in most nights and cooking. The kitchen had most everything we needed. The men of the family made the most of the gas and charcoal BBQ pits.
Overall a great place to stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Our goal is to have everything in place so our renters can have a enjoyable vacation.
We have had returning renters, which gives us a wonderful feeling that we are doing our job in providing a friendly home enviorment to all our renters.
