Reservations will only be confirmed after a deposit of 50% of the total rental is received. Deposits must be received within one week. After that, the space may be released. Balance must be received at least one month prior to the arrival date with cleaning fee. A cancellation will result in the deposit being held until the property is rented, at which time a full refund will be made.
