Beautifully furnished throughout by the Egrets Landing, including granite counter tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Teak Hardwood Floors, and 10' Ceilings! Huge, open kitchen, living, and dining area, and beautiful covered patio by the pool with outdoor shower! This home also includes a large Gas Grill, Cable TV, DVD, High Speed Internet, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher. There is a King in the master, a Queen in the second master, Queen in the third, a Queen Sleeper in the fourth, and a Queen Sleeper in the living room. Just a few steps to the free Island trolley, so park your car and enjoy everything the island has to offer. Sleeps up to 10!

A seven mile long and one mile wide stretch of white sand beach, with an average annual temperature of over 80 degrees, it truly is a paradise! Anna Maria Island is broken up into 3 Cities - Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria, and can be toured by our free Trolley! Start the day out enjoying breakfast at Ginny & Jane E's at the old IGA, or take it away and enjoy it on the white sugar sand beach! A wonderful selection of shops can be visited from one end of Anna Maria Island to the other, or slip over the bridge to Long Boat Key and St. Armands Circle for the afternoon. Evenings can be satisfied with a wonderful dinner at Beach Bistro or one of the many Award Winning restaurants. Enjoy a live performance at Island Players, or live music, dinner, and sunsets at The Beach House or Sandbar Restaurants. Fishing & Shelling Trips, Kayak Excursions & Rentals, Jet Ski & Scooter rentals, and parasailing are also available for the more adventurous.
