This fantastic cape coral vacation home is located on a 150 ft. wide canal with western exposure. Beautiful neighborhood with many newer homes surrounding this beauty. Owners are very particular with the way the property is kept, everything is up to date and very clean. Large pool area with attached sun pad as well as boat dock are only a few of the amenities this home has to offer. Three bedrooms with wood floors and tile throughout. Three bedrooms and 3 baths plenty of living room space make this the perfect spot for a great vacation. New leather sofa with a rocket recliner. TV's 2, bikes 4.
