Located on a quiet dead end street, close to the trolley, the beach, the city pier, and walking distance to Anna Maria shops and restaurants. Anna Maria Island is broken up into 3 Cities - Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria, and can be toured by our free trolley! Start the day out enjoying breakfast at Ginny & Jane E's at the old IGA , or take it away and enjoy it on the white sugar sand beach! A wonderful selection of shops can be visited from one end of Anna Maria Island to the other, or slip over the bridge to Long Boat Key and St. Armand's Circle for the afternoon. Evenings can be satisfied with a wonderful dinner at Beach Bistro or one of the many Award Winning restaurants. Enjoy a live performance at Island Players, or live music, dinner, and sunsets at The Beach House or Sandbar Restaurants. Fishing & Shelling Trips, Kayak Excursions & Rentals, Jet Ski & Scooter rentals, and para sailing are also available for the more adventurous.

The perfect beach getaway

Anna Maria Island is a beautiful place and this home is a perfect place to stay while there. The home looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and well maintained. The backyard was a paradise - very private, beautiful landscaping and the pool was awesome! The main great room of the house is large and well-furnished. They provide a great beach wagon with umbrella, chairs, and beach towels - everything you need for a day at the beach! Beaches (both Gulf of Mexico and InterCoastal Waterway) are an easy 10 minute walk away. You can also walk to several restaurants and shops. I would recommend this home to anyone - can't wait to rent it again!
