No refund of rental fee if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival. For all Pay Pal (credit card payments) there will be a 3.5% processing fee added to the total amount.

Things to Do Places to Go: Pointe Royale Golf & Village is ideally located within the city limits of Branson and is within easy driving distance to all of the major attractions that Branson has to offer, including theatres, shopping outlets, restaurants, theme parks and lake activities. A must see while a visitor is the new Branson Landing 'shoppertainment' area located on the shores of Lake Taneycomo. This is a real fun place to shop and dine with many restaurants to choose from. Spa Chateau at the Chateau on the Lake Resort is one place you don't want to miss if pampering yourself is on the agenda. State Park Marina is just 5 miles away where one can rent various types of watercraft for a day on the pristine waters of Table Rock Lake. If fly fishing is what you are after then there is none better on Lake Taneycomo. River Run Outfitters just one and half miles from Pointe Royale can provide all the gear you want even a fishing guide if that is your desire. And of course Silver Dollar City is a must see.

Golf: The area best golf courses are Pointe Royale right at your doorstep, Tom Fazio designed Branson Creek, John Daly's Murder Rock and Thousand Hills.Tee times are readily available and all courses are less than 30 minutes away. Note: Pointe Royale's course will close in July 2008 for extensive renovations and re-open in the Spring of 2009.

Great Spring Break Get-Away

The condo was the perfect place to call 'Home' during our recent Spring Break trip to Branson! It was a perfect vacation condo rental that the whole family enjoyed.

There were several perks about the property considering that we were traveling with children. Unfortunately we had some very wet weather during our stay but the indoor pool was a huge hit with the whole family! The condo provided just enough space for the children to play and enjoy themselves.

The family also enjoyed a few evenings of popcorn and played board games/cards that were available. The well stocked kitchen provided us with all of the pots and pans we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner during most of our stay and the washer and dryer was very handy after we all got wet at Silver Dollar City.

The pictures of the condo really do not do it justice! It is tastefully decorated, well maintained, and has just about everything you need. The unit is the last one on the street so it was quiet and peaceful with wonderful views of the lake from the Master Bedroom, Living Room and two decks.

The hospitality of the owners was also outstanding! It is very clear that they take pride in their property and in ensuring that everyone that visits it has a wonderful time. They were very informative about activities and amenities available at the condo and in Branson, even providing us with a list of Easter Egg hunts scheduled over the weekend. During our stay Daphne checked in with us to let us know about some indoor activities in the area since the weather was pretty wet.

If we have an opportunity to return to Branson, we would definitely try to stay at this property again!

Wonderful Place to stay

We stayed in this condo for 8 nights in October of 2008 for our church conference. We loved it. Sat out on the porch and watched geese playing in the lake right below. Can watch fly fisherman fish. Very relaxing! Condo is just the right size for a family and very very clean. Point Royale is a very quite place to stay and close to all attractions. Owners are very nice and great people to rent from. If we need a condo again we would be sure to try to get this one.

Loved Out Stay In Branson

This condo was perfect for our stay in Branson. We came mostly to golf but to also see this part of Missouri. We appreciated coming back to comfortable surroundings at the end of a long day and also in the middle of the day to recharge.

The bed was very comfortable and the living space has beautiful furniture. The two decks allowed us to pick between sitting outside soaking up the sun or on the screened in deck when the bugs came out. We enjoyed having lunch watching the fly fishermen and the changes in the lake just outside our window.

We really appreciated having the kitchen there to have a leisurely breakfast before starting out day. The laundry facilities were also very handy and much appreciated.

The condo on one end of the last building in the complex. We had windows on two sides that looked out on the lake and on green space. It couldn't have been more private or quiet. We would certainly rent this condo again and have already recommended it to our friends. Thanks, Steve and Daphne, for providing us a perfect place to stay on our vacation!

What a perfect weekend we had!

What a wonderful weekend in Branson my family had!! Even our 17mo old son loved having the room to roam, indoor pool and playground area. Being able to prepare meals in saved us more money and time. The location is super close to all you need, even the outlet malls. We were most impressed with owners and their willingness to help in any way. The home made cookies left for us made a sweet first impression, and then when they let us borrow butter and syrup to finish our breakfast on Sun morning we were most thankful!! Oh, and the condo even had splendia for my coffee, what a convience;-) Visiting the nearby fish hatchery was an unexpected delight.

This place really does have it all, right on the lake and complete with all you would ever need!! Thanks!

This is the place to stay!

The hospitality of the owners is second to none! This place is so relaxing and comfortable you will never want to stay anywhere else!

Very modern and updated features. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is at the very end of the subdivision and right on the lake. It was so peaceful there we did not want to leave.

If you stay here you will be happy you did!
