Luxurious 2nd Row-Ocean home-Large pool-HOT TUB-Pool-side bar w/ TV-Porches

We just finished a wonderful week at this fabulous home. The house was so spacious and open and ideal for a multi-family gathering. We had a house full with ages 1 year to 56 years and 4 separate families. We never felt crowded or lacked for anything to do. Even with all the kids, the layout of the home provided us with plenty of quiet. Beach was close, pool had afternoon shade and the pool deck bar was a great gathering place for watching sports games on the bar TV. Everyone enjoyed the ping-pong and Foosball as well. The porch was a favorite hangout too, even on a hot evening because of the fans and breezes. The owners were very attentive to our needs. Can't say enough,Loved it. Loved it!!!! Hope to go back.. Our families more than enjoyed our week at the beach staying at 21
Sand Dollar in Hilton Head. The house is beautiful, and very spacious. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our families, and over all our stay was fantastic. The 2 minute walk to the beach was easy and made the ocean very accessible. The pool with the entertainment center was what topped off the house. That was a perfect way to end a day-a cool beverage by the pool. We also cooked several meals, and used the grill and the kitchen extensively. Both were user friendly. We would recommend the house for any large family gathering. The location is central to most places on the island, and we had GREAT luck with restaurants: One Hot Mammas (good BBQ) & Hudsons (good & reasonably priced seafood). We also got fresh seafood from Barnacle Bill's, and had some great lobster, shrimp, and mahi-mahi. We didn't do much for sightseeing because we were busy on the beach and at the pool, but did hit Coligny Plaza for some souvenir shopping. Again, I would definitely recommend the house for your family vacation.

This home has everything anyone could want for a great beach week, perfect weather not included. The pictures don't do the house justice and the social area by the pool was used very often. We had 3 families with 7 kids total (2 toddlers). What was appreciated most was the heavy doors and insulation. The house was quiet and allowed for various waking and bed times. The pool was great as well as the balconies off the rooms and porches. The kitchen well stocked with utensils and dishes. Thanks for sharing your home, we had a great time! Great black book for help to HHI first-timers. Mellow Mushroom and Guiseppi's are great for Pizza as is Hudson's for seafood. Highly recommend Barnacle Bills Seafood just down 278 towards Sea Pines for fresh seafood. The owners were extremely accommodating to our questions & needs that came up during the week.
