7 total rooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 three quarter bathroom, sleeps 9

Spacious, full dormered cape in desirable 'Belmar' neighborhood. Master bedroom with crib. Family room off kitchen was built in 2005. Two fireplaces, 1 gas, 1 wood. Large deck with loads of built in seating. New gas grill. Outdoor table for eating. Outdoor shower. Cable TVs with DVD and or VHS. Computer with Internet access. Lots of natural light throughout the home. Our home is located within a quiet neighborhood. Great for walking, jogging, bicycling, and rollerblading. We are a 1/2 mile walk to a private beach overlooking Martha's Vineyard. Also, about a 1/4 mile from the town boat ramp to load and unload your boat at no cost. Great bike path within Falmouth that leads directly to the world famous 'Woods Hole'. Five minute ride to the local ferry that takes you to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket as well as 5 minutes to downtown Falmouth where the shopping and food is fabulous! Outdoor fireplace for those summer smores..... wonderful flat yard for the kids.

golf: Falmouth is surrounded by golf courses . There are many within Falmouth and surrounding towns like mashpee up to and thru Plymouth, which is just off cape.

Other attractions: There is a giant craft fair in downtown Falmouth for a period during the summer. Woods Hole oceanagraphic institute is also close by in Falmouth. Here you can have lunch at the end of the bike path in Woods Hole and then scoot over to the aquarium to explore. You can rent all sorts of cycles up at the ' heights'. Whether it is a two seater, a tandem or a bicycle built for 4 with a sun blocking top....you will find one you like!

What makes this house unique

We are part of the Acapesket Beach Association which is a beautiful Beach that overlooks Martha's Vineyard. Our tenants are allowed to use the beach. The neighborhood has a one way in and one way out entrance. It makes for a very quiet spot. The streets are very flat which is great for walking, biking or pushing a carriage.

This is an awesome Cape house to rent! It is comfortable, clean with lots of room and updates. The house is located in a great location so you can do all kinds of fun things on your vacation. Kids can bike around the enclosed neighborhood and explore the waterways just at the end of the street. Falmouth Center with wonderful shopping and restaurants just a quick drive away. Hey, gotta love those westerly sunsets Falmouth is known for!!! I highly recommend this house for your next Cape Cod/Falmouth Vacation.
