We handle the reservations ourselves and we like to talk with potential guests to establish a relationship. We want our guests to enjoy their stay at our home and we want them to return and recommend our home to others. We make a minimum of 4 trips per year to the house to make changes and upgrades.

Why Jim & JoAnn Evans chose Clear Creek

Our plan is to retire to this home but until then we are willing to share our home with others. The house is centrally located, near many Florida attractions, it is in a quiet established neighborhood, since it is the corner lot of the culd-de-sac it has a large yard with a privacy fence and the enclosed heated pool and spa are Southern exposure so you have the benefit of the sun all day instead of just a few hours.

This was amazing. My whole family came down- ages 2-65 and the house was glorious! So close to the parks and the Walmart. There were plenty of restaurants at our finger tips. This place was just close enough to the parks, but out of the craziness. The back yard was such a blessing. We wish we could have taken advantage of grilling, but too much fun was going on. The Management was exceptionally kind and punctual! We WILL be back!

Golfing Retreat

The house was amazing, Had everything and anything u could ask for and more.
As this was our first trip to Florida, this was our very first rental.I would re -rent this house in a minute and won't be looking for another one.We found our Florida home with this one..
