we rented this property very recently-it is an absolutely beautiful location-literally right on the beach-washer and dryer in the unit were an absolute life saver with 3 kids-gorgeous view of the beach-15,20 minute drive to southbeach where the action is-only a couple draw backs,no restaurants really close, or anything else for that matter-must have a car! -parking is valet and they insist on holding your keys and parking your car-you can not self park and visiters have to pay to park-valet does go as far as to carry your groceries upstairs which was pretty cool-if you want this particular unit you must ask for the penthouse suit-not that much more money,top floor,with wall to wall windows in the bedrooms and living room the view is georgous!!owners were great,very friendly,met us outfront,right on time-would reccomend this condo to anyone because of the great location-just check the weather before you go as it rained our first 4 days which was a real bummer-as a side note-even when it rains in florida,it is still hot outside and ocean water was as warm as bath water the whole visit-even in the rain-great for small children-owners let us check in 5 hours before we were supposed to because our plane got in early which was very helpful because we were traveling with small children-also they provided a pack and play for the baby-would recomend this and stay again-great for couples or families-stove and fridge so u can cook your own food if you dont want to pay to go eat every night-beach chairs,umbrella,floats and lots of blankets and towels in closet-has frying pans,dishes,cups,seasoning and everything else you need-great location,but not right where the action is-need car!!! unless u just want to hang out at the private beach-beautiful!
