Cape San Blas is the last pet friendly & family oriented area in the Florida Panhandle. Our home is a very spacious, well stocked and maintained 3 bedroom Gulf Front town home with fantastic beach & Gulf views located in the Barrier Dunes community. The community is just outside St Joseph State Park which offers 7 miles of pristine beaches with great shelling and fishing on both the bay and beaches. The park also provide boat access to the bay.

Our home is great for both families and individuals. It offers gorgeous views from almost every room, easy access to the beach, 2 pools (one beach side) and tennis courts. Wireless broadband access and unlimited long distance calling to US and Canada is included. Golfing is available nearby at the Port St Joe Country Club course. Charter fishing is available for both bay and offshore fishing in both Port Saint Joe and the world famous Apalachicola area.

We just got home and are already thinking about our return trip next year! The condo was so close to the beach it made having 3 small children at the beach no problem. The pool was also so close that we could enjoy it quickly before naptime...or in the evening.
The layout of the condo provided everyone (our 5 and grandparents) their own space and ample shared space to enjoy. The views from the decks were amazing--a great place for morning coffee!

Super condo, fantastic views. Lots of amenities. Beach is an 11 on a 10 point scale. Dog friendly, our standard poodle loved the beach. Very family oriented. Perfectly relaxing non crowded beaches. Property well maintained. Condo is better than advertised. Highly recommend area and condo.

Great Condo

This is the perfect place for both people and pets. The condo has great views of the gulf, plenty of room in the condo and it has everything you need. It is also very clean and very well maintained. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was so nice to be able to bring our two dogs. The only bad part of our trip was leaving.

The Perfect Vacation

The pictures of Serenity by the Sea look amazing but you have to experience the views for yourself to understand the serenity of it all. The Cape is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing vacation and this property was icing on the cake! The property is very well maintained and includes everything you need for a fun time. The beds and living areas are very comfortable but the views are what made this place so special to us. There is nothing like having your first cup of coffee on any one of the three decks overlooking the Gulf. Truly serene! (We also LOVED that our four legged child could tag along too!)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
