New gorgeous penthouse Villa at Aquatika Beach Resort. Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Water parks for kids and beautiful infinity pools are available and are located upfront from apartment. Family room with 50 inch plasma TV with cable, dvd player and home theater. Luxurious terrace with marble floor and marble custom made bar, perfect to spend a relaxing day or a romantic evening getaway. Seven foot stainless steel grill integrated refrigerator. Fully equipped (kitchen, dinning, living and family areas). Beach side gazebo. Comfortable for up to 8 people. All bedrooms have air conditioning, queen size beds with matching vanities. Loiza has virgin quiet beaches(the apartment has beautiful ocean view and direct beach access and can be seen from apartment ) ,Gym, sauna and massage room, tennis, basketball and putting golf court available soon(2 minutes from the Berwind golf course and Bahia Golf course). Perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway .

It is ideally located between the attractions, Historic Old San Juan district, Bacardi Rum factory tour, Arecibo Observatory in Arecibo, Guajataca State Forest and Lake in Isabela, Rio Camuy Caves in Camuy, Condado Beach in San Juan, Isla Verde beach strip with many hotels and casinos, El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, Natural Reserve of Mosquito in Vieques, Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve and El Faro in Fajardo. In addition, the island features many diving spots, hiking, bike trails, natural attractions, historical sites, golf and tennis and casual and fine dining.
