The interior has been designed to accommodate your every need: a fully equipped kitchen, complete with brand new appliances, cookware, and dishware; a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower complete with glass doors and a double sink; a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, six-drawer dresser, matching nighstands, and double closets; and a living space furnished with a large sofa for you to sink into, a West Indies chair, a flat-screen T.V., and a table for dining in and out. All allow you to fully enjoy what the Caribbean has to offer with everything you need and more at your fingertips. Our condo is located on the second floor, which not only provides complete and total privacy, it also allows you to fully take in all the ocean views that St. John and the British Virgin Islands have to offer. Bella Blue Breeze is a short walk to the oceanfront pool and the marina (approximately 150 feet) and the beach is right outside your front door where the best snorkeling and boat excursions await! And guests have said that it’s our condo’s location and amenities that make this trip unforgettable: “The beach and pool were outstanding. The thing that topped everything off was of course, the balcony. What a view! We'd end nearly every night sitting out there - breeze in our hair, listening to the waves and sipping a cool drink out of those frozen glasses! Such a great experience, and a very relaxing, fun vacation.”

We are a couple from Connecticut, who instantaneously fell in love with not only the Caribbean Sea, but the lifestyle and simplistic beauty it offers. With our children grown, we decided it was time to purchase a piece of paradise—a place where we could not only escape to, but also a place where we could relax and call home.
We bought Bella Blue Breeze, E-208, for its location, privacy, and more importantly the spectacular views it offers. Combine Bella Blue’s beautiful exterior, with our vision, knowledge, and design background, we were able to convert an old condominium and renovate it from floor to ceiling to mirror the beauty of the outside. Bella Blue Breeze is our own luxurious space that represents how we live: in casual elegance. Our soft color template, the details found in the kitchen, bathroom, living area, furnishings, artwork, and lighting create a serene and relaxing space with all the comforts of home. This space has become our dream vacation home that always provides us with an unforgettable experience. It never dissappoints!

This location not only possesses beauty, privacy, amazing views, and trade winds, but its location cannot be beat. Bella Blue Breeze is one mile from Red Hook, restaurants, and the ferry to St. John. Our condo is like being on a boat.
You open the door and see the ocean and feel the breeze. And if that weren’t enough, the beach is located right outside our front door, and is 150 feet from the oceanfront pool and the marina, which offers day trips to the British Virgin Islands, sunset cruises, and washer and dryer facilities.
Bella Blue Breeze is on the second floor for privacy (no one can see in) and its views are totally unobstructed. Tranquillity, beauty, and serenity describe the feeling of our location.
Bella Blue Breeze is renovated from floor to ceiling to encompass all the luxuries of home. Its interior beauty not only matches the exterior, but enhances the Caribbean experience. When you open the door to our condo you see the ocean, feel the breeze, and take in all the comforts of a designer decorated interior. The outside terrace features a round glass table with four chairs and two oversized club wicker chairs, which allow you to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset.
The view is unobstructed of the Caribbean Sea/ St. John/ B.V.I. It truly is breathtaking! Bella Blue Breeze is a place to make memories with all the luxuries of a home.
We will return to the beautiful and fully stocked condo. My husband and I did not want to leave - the views were stunning, the condo was very clean, the furnishings were top of the line and comfortable. The bed almost came home with me.
Maureen was so helpful during the booking process and with all her suggestions - she was right on. She suggested many restaurants for us - our favorites were Molly Malones, Agave Terrace, and Off the Hook.
I have recommended this vacation spot to at least 5 friends already and more to come for sure!
While visiting St. Thomas - you have to go to Magen's Bay and to Trunk Bay on St. John - those are 'must do's'.

I was on the Island for two weeks on business...11/25/2014 to 12/8/2014. My accommodation plans had changed sudddenly and I found myelf in need of immediate lodging. Through VRBO and a few obviously lucky clicks I came across this unit. It was Thanksgiving day and the owner and her on site rental manager moved mountains to accommodate me. Thank you both again!
The unit was lovelier than the pictures portrayed and its view, aspect and proximity to the water were incredible. The unit was wonderfully decorated and thanfully not so in a fussy way. Type A clean freaks like myself will find themselves with nothing to do or re clean here! It was fully equpiied with all comforts for both work and play. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent. Saphire Bay is within walkable distance to Red Hook though unless you are part Billy Goat I suggest you drive it. If you are travelling to St Thomas and want the best life has to offer this property fits the bill. Oh, I would be remiss not to mention the BBQ truck that is parked on top of the entrance to Saphire Bay. Its called Off The Grid. Get there early as they sell out daily. Carnitarians will genuflect at its mere passing.
The unit was nice and the location being near the Ferry in Red Hook for day trips to St Johns Island was great. Great views. Nice water. Unit owner was pleasant and easy to work with. On the down side, we had to send a reminder to get our mid-week unit cleaning service and the balcony which was very nice in general had a wood lattice above the door full of mold growth and the above unit sweep a bunch on sand down on our balcony.
My husband and I rented this condo from 12/21/13 through 1/3/14. The property is very clean, nicely decorated, and has a nicely appointed kitchen with full fridge, microwave, and cooktop (no oven or dishwasher, common in the islands). The owner Maureen was very helpful prior to our trip and got right back to us about a question we had while we were there. Also, there is a local property manager (Kathleen) who is very nice and helpful and the round trip taxi service from the airport takes the stress out of arrival and departure. The owner also includes beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and floats from the on-site beach shop, which is a very nice amenity. Highly recommended!
We stayed at Sapphire Beach back in 2003. The property has since been converted from a full-service resort to a privately-owned condo development. We were a little concerned about this, but it was nothing to worry about. There is a cart that provides breakfast, lunch, and drinks right on the beach; that was sufficient to meet our needs. The only big disappointment is that the on-site dive shop (DiveIn) was not operational for SCUBA diving during our stay. Luckily we had a car so we were able to drive to Coki Beach and Red Hook and dive with local operators there. Not quite as convenient as walking out our condo and getting on the boat, but not too bad. I would definitely recommend renting a car for at least part of your stay. Sapphire Beach is only a half mile or so from Red Hook and there are taxis and a local bus available if you don't want to drive, but having a car dramatically expands your options on where you can go and when.
My wife and I stayed in this wonderful condo the week of 3/2/13-3/9/13. The condo made for a great base camp for our vacation as it was close to the restaurants of Red Hook. We did the trip half the week with a car and half without. The only issue without a car is that the taxis will charge at least $8 to and back from Red Hook. There is a food truck on property which we tried and it was actually pretty good as far as BBQ goes. The highlights were our day trip to St. John via the Red Hook ferry and our boat trip to the BVI via Bad Kitty. Also the snorkeling right in front of your condo is hard to surpass. We swam within two feet of a sea turtle and also saw multiple sting rays including an eagle spotted ray. If we ever choose to return to St. Thomas I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. The owner Maureen has thought of everything and it was a pleasure to rent from her.
We stayed at Bella Blue Breeze over the holidays and truly enjoyed it. The condo was furnished very nicely and had an extremely comfortable bed. We spent most of our time at the condo on the patio, looking out at the beautiful view. The patio is not furnished like the current photos show, it is better. We loved the comfortable chairs on the patio. The only thing that we had a problem with was the poor internet service (which is important to us), it would cut in and out constantly. Not sure if this was a normal problem or not. We loved being on the second floor where you did not have to worry about closing curtains for privacy. Can not tell you about TV service as it was never turned on, which is a sign that we were have a good time. The condo was well furnished with towels, and dishes. There is no oven, but that never mattered to us. We have decided that we would come back to St. Thomas, and that our favorite area of the island is Sapphire beach / Red Hook and that we would stay at Bella Blue Breeze again. The condo is located at the East End of St. Thomas, one mile from Red Hook, shopping, groceries, restaurants and ferries to St. John (15 minute ride) and B.V.I. We are a short ride to the Ritz Carlton, beach bars, Caribbean nightlife, and 1 minute to all Red Hook restaurants. Hire a cab or drive to the new Yacht Haven Grande. World class restaurants and shopping. Take a day and shop at Charlotte Amalie. Rent a private boat or day sail at Sapphire Resort's private Marina (out the back door of our condo). On site we have the world class Sapphire Beach at your front door, some of the best snorkeling, beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall just steps away from the condo. Views of St. John and B.V.I. from our condo's deck. Taxi's, budget rental, and restaurants within walking distance. On site dive shop and rentals, boat excursions, etc. Towels, chairs, and snorkel gear are provided.
