Don't let reasonable rental rates fool you. This charming villa consists of two separate-two bedroom, one bath duplexes. Furnished kitchens (excluding food) make it possible for cooking and dining in. No need to bring anything but your clothes and your personal toiletries. This versatile property is the perfect retreat. Rent one duplex for up to two couples or rent both casitas for up to four couples or two families. If rest and relaxation are in your travel plans then this would make an outstanding choice. The wrap around terrace provides a 180 degree sweeping Ocean view. The tropical landscaping and blue skies are gorgeous compliments to the crisp white villa with Caribbean blue shutters. Car rental is recommended but shuttle services are available. Playa Grande Golf Course and Beach are just a 15 minute drive and have an open air restaurants with menus that include ice cold beer, fresh fish or chicken. The nearby town of Cabrera offers great restaurants and shopping.

This is a simple, clean, comfortable two unit property situated in a small, quiet, gated community. The pool and grounds are beautiful and the unobstructed view of the hillside and ocean is spectacular. Cabrera is a small friendly town with few tourists. There are several nearby beaches, each unique, and lovely. There are around five restaurants, Hotel Catalina is in walking distance and has a tennis court available. Days trips could include a whale watching trip in Samana (an hour and half to the east) or a swim with dolphins at Ocean World in Puerta Plata (an hour and half to the west).

We loved the house and location !! What a view at sunset !! It was the perfect vacation, away from the noise and close to every attraction and city center.
Much better than staying at the big resorts.. We cooked local fare and fresh sea food from the ocean.
Greatly recomended. Great for families or couples.
The owner and manager were very pleasant, helpfull and friendly.
