Fully furnished townhouse in the heart of Waterville Valley. This 3 level, 3 BR townhouse is one mile from Waterville Valley Ski Area and is within walking distance to Town Square with its shops, grocery store and restaurants. Along with downhill skiing and snowboarding, other winter activities include cross-country skiing, ice skating and hockey. Guests can also use the Athletic Club with Olympic size indoor pool and hot tubs, for a small fee. In spring, summer and fall the area is known for its hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, fishing, swimming and is close to all major White Mountains attractions. The 1st floor has a living room with a double-sided fireplace (wood included) which opens to the kitchen and dining room and to the den with a queen size sofa bed, cable tv with VCR/DVD, and a half bath. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, a washer/dryer and a full bath. The 3rd floor has a Master BR, queen sized bed, TV, a full bath with jacuzzi and skylight.

I have to say that my friends and I were very impressed with the condo unit and what it had to offer. The owners of the condo unit were very helpful and we felt like we were at home. Beautiful area (we love Waterville) and a beautiful condo. We would love to rent the same unit next year. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! I recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to relax or ski. It has everything within walking distance.

My family vacations in Waterville Every year and the mountain Sun condos are the best condos for a family. There are three floors and there is a bathroom on every floor. It was very clean and close to down town. I did not have to get in a car the whole week.

We loved it and plan on renting again.

Stayed at Mountain Sun condo, very spacious and clean. Had a nice view from the master bedroom suite. Enjoyed just staying up there for peace and quiet. We all took a sleigh ride from the town square, a nice family thing to do. The snow removal wasn't as good as it good have been, but this winter has been unusual also. Good place for entertainment, Woodstock station, up the road, exit 32. live entertainment every weekend.
