You will enjoy your stay in this 1600 square foot, open concept home with a private driveway and fenced backyard. The house sits on a large one acre lot that allows parking for multiple vehicles. The full size kitchen and large living area will accommodate your entire family. You will experience country living while staying within a few minutes of Waco's most popular attractions.
The following popular destinations are all within 15 miles of your stay: Magnolia Market Silos, Magnolia Table, Harp Design Co., JDH Iron Designs, Extraco Events Center, Baylor University, Riverbend Park Ballfields, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Lake Waco, and Waco Regional Airport. Also, enjoy the small town charm in the City of McGregor only 15 miles south on Hwy 84. Home of the Fixer Upper Magnolia House, Space X, and magnificent shops and eats on Main Street. Dance the night away to live Texas country music at the popular 5J Dance Hall on five miles up the road!

What a pleasure to enjoy quiet evening walks down a rural road, the beauty of a star filled sky on a dark night, and savoring the simple pleasures of country living while being a short drive to many of the areas most popular attractions and venues.
