  • This is a Year Around Rental ... Short/Long Term Stays... Nightly... Weekly... Monthly... 3 night Minimum for Week Days... 4 nights on Week-Ends! (peck season.. 1 month minimum beginning on the 1st of each month)

    Rental policy:

    1st month's rent & cleaning fee payable at time of booking ; if less then 90 days out, Reservations are
    not guaranteed until payments are received and Contract is Signed.

    Balance of rent is due 90 days prior to arrival.

    A Deposit of $500.00 is due at the time of leasing and totally refundable;
    after departure if there is no damage to property besides normal wear.

    Totally Refundable .. Security Deposit of $500.00 Required
  • Weekly rental rate during (Nov. '09 - April '10) Peak Season
    $750.00 per week .
    Reservations for less than 1 month during our peak season are based on availability and are not booked until Dec 16th.

The Green Valley Recreation Centers are located throughout the community and offer a variety of activities including swimming pools, tennis, workout facilities, dances, crafts, cards and activity trips. For a nominal fee, membership is included. Tucson,Tubac and Nogales are all an easy short drive, 20 to 40 minutes.

What a view!

We were very fortunate to find this Desert Hills Casita when we visited southern Arizona in Feb/Mar 2009. The view from the patio and sofa was fabulous. The complex is very quiet and the unit was very well equipped. We couldn't have asked for a better landlady - Sharon was very willing to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Green Valley is a great place to visit for a relaxing and restful holiday. The golf courses, recreation centers and the many area attractions kept us busy during our four week stay. If you plan to visit this part of Arizona, check out this rental unit.

Delightful 2 Weeks in Sharon's Casita!

We spent two delightful weeks in Sharon's casita. What a relaxing wonderful place for a retreat. All the comforts of home without the stress....We enjoyed the open space of the golf course behind the casita...the visits of the roadrunner and the coyotes we saw on the course. Our favorite part of the visit was being able to attend the Social Center for exercises and activities. That was such a fun way to get involved in the activity of the community. Sharon was a great hostess and helped us get around with maps and suggestions for our visit. There are so many sites to see and things to do within easy driving distance. Our stay was the last two weeks in January '09. It is worth the stay...thanks, Sharon...

The View is Everything You Could Wish For

This casita was small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from our sofa or from the patio was amazing. Many units in the Green Valley area did not have the beautiful view that comes with this rental unit. We enjoyed our stay in the Green Valley area and would recommend this rental unit to anyone looking for a comfortable home base from which you can have many different experiences. We toured both north toward Tucson and south toward Nogales. The location was ideal for us. If you are in the area, make sure you go to see the beauty that Sabino Canyon offers. Ride the tram to the top and then start walking. It was so beautiful. I also really appreciated the washer and dryer that was one of this units ammenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. Thanks, Sharon, for sharing your unit with us. Sandy and Larry.

Loved our week in this townhouse

This rental is extremely well furnished, even face soap, hand lotion, wash cloths and paper towels.
There is a complete kitchen, bath, and washer/dryer with all supplies. The collection of movie cassettes is well organized and extensive. Cox cable TV is available on a large rear projection TV set. East facing rear patio greets the morning sun. Twin beds are very comfortable and come with complete bedding. A large Safeway is nearby including a Starbucks corner. As a consequence we ate nearly all meals in. It felt almost as convenient as our own home. Highly recommend to a couple. It would be pretty crowded for four.

Pool and exercise facilities are off site a few miles away.
