About The Owner
I discovered this unique property 15 years ago while visiting from out of town, and am the second owner since 1926. Spent many years restoring this multi level Craftsman compound and installing all the tropical gardens. The property was ripe for a major Make Over -- had great bones and a terrific location. Just steps from Balboa Park -- San Diego's own 1200 acre 'Central Park.'
The Owner purchased this house in 1998

Guestbook comments from the owner
We wanted to thank you again for your hospitality this past week. We had a great time -- very relaxing! The weather was perfect for us -- we were loathe to come back to 105 + degrees. Your home is beautiful -- and I am in love with the back yard! Thank you again, Lyndsay
