This vacation home is bright, sunny and cheerful. It is located on the Eastman Golf Course, about 1 mile from Eastman lake. Steps from the back door one can golf or cross country ski. Eastman has a full recreation center with sailing, canoeing and kayaking in the summer and cross country skiing and skating in the winter. 15 minutes from Mount Sunapee ski area, with perfectly groomed trails, this house is a wonderful vacation get away for an active family. Hiking abounds in the nearby White Mountains, and cultural activities are available at nearby Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. Enjoy dinner on the sunny deck or doze off to the sounds of the song birds. The house comes fully equipped, including air conditioning, cable TV and three comfortable bedrooms, with spare sleeping accommodations for overflow on fold out couches in the TV/Play room.
