The second Ocean View Bedroom includes 2 Full size beds, each with a roll out kid's bed (Trundle), Full bathroom, 27' remote control satellite reception color TV. Ocean View Living Room features a Queen sofa/bed, 27' remote controlled color TV with Satellite reception programming & VCR, Stereo with CD changer; International direct dialing telephone. The unit also has a beautiful Ocean, Beach & Pool View Balcony which includes Patio Furniture including table for 6, Gas BBQ grill, Wet Bar with 2 Mini Bar Refrigerators. The unit also has a Fully stocked Kitchen, Dining Room for 6, Independently controlled A/C for each area; Travertine marble flooring throughout, Daily maid and turn down service nightly.

We are back from our trip to Cabo and I just wanted to write and tell you what a great time we had! We loved your Villa and especially enjoyed the large patio/balcony where we spent much of our time when we were not
on the beach. Cabo was very friendly and everyone at Estancia was extremely helpful. We took your advice and ate at Baja Catina one night at the marina and it was my favorite meal. I ordered the fresh fish which was Mahi Mahi and it was fabulous.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your place, the easy transportation to and from the resort, and all your good suggestions.
Thanks for all your help and good advice.
