We are pleased to offer this spacious two-level single family home in Anchorage located midway between the airport and downtown, only 5-10 minutes to each, nestled beside the beautiful Chester Creek Greenbelt with walking/biking trails, streams and lakes. This Anchorage vacation home is a spacious 3400 square foot home with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths that can comfortably sleep 14-18 persons. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample off-street parking, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and walking/biking trails. Wildlife abound in this greenbelt area so you are likely to see moose roaming here, marmots, rabbits, and a variety of birds including eagles soaring. Trails for biking, jogging, walking are at the end of the street. Upstairs are three large bedrooms and two baths. The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and slate fireplace with gas logs, flows into the dining room with panoramic south facing windows and deck with BBQ grill.
