*Winter rental *available 10/1, 2007 through 5/1, 2008* Summer, June/July/August 2008 - Gorgeous Wingearsheek Beach Front Home, private section.***Wonderful year round home, fully furnished, available year round. Low maintenance home with 5 bedrooms on three levels and abundant closet space. Main bedroom overlooks ocean with bow window for amazing sunsets. Living & dining rooms have original knotty pine paneling with sliding doors to upper wrap around deck . Enjoying views from Cranes Beach to the Annisquam River. Working fireplace in living room and cable TV. Newly renovated kitchen with granite counters, designer cabinets, equipped with dishwasher, compactor, oven, and frost-free fridge. Washer and dryer on this living level. Extra fridge/freezer in garage used for storage only. 2.5 modern porcelain tiled bathrooms, one on each of three levels. Extra living room on lower level with cable TV and sliding glass door to lower deck, outdoor shower & private 1 1/4 mile beach.

Located on a private beach which is 1 1/4 miles long of white sandy beach, shallow water provides great playing area for children in the summer and long walks along the beach. Listen to the waves, see the views, while enjoying days, evening and sleeping in this wonderful home. Fully furnished, luxury amenities, truly a 'Home' Away from Home.
