Welcome to Piccirillo's 'Paradise Beach' Condo. Come stay in our beautiful, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath condo (Unit #306) located on Seawall Boulevard in Galveston. We are conveniently located on the 3rd floor - - which is the 1st floor of condos, as assigned parking is located on levels 1 & 2. We have a beautiful end unit just steps from the elevator and our assigned parking is only one floor below us, right next to the stairs to our unit! (Photos updated 04/17/15!)

Enjoy a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony. Professionally decorated with all the comforts of home in mind! Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen size beds, bedroom 3 has feather topped double with convenient trundle for extra accommodations. Prepare your favorite meals in our gourmet, state-of-the art kitchen with all new appliances and more cookware than you'll know what to do with!! Go for a swim in our 100 foot 'never-ending' pool or spend a little time in our well-appointed fitness facility. Breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay, private lake, and lushly landscaped grounds. Travertine floors, bathroom counters and shower stalls. Granite kitchen countertops, stainless Whirlpool appliances, Delta faucets, high speed internet access. Minutes from Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, the Lone Star Flight Museum or the beach! Just 10 minutes from the downtown historic Strand district. Great fishing, shopping and dining all within a few miles of the condo. Whatever it is you're looking for, you can find it minutes from our front door. Please note that our condo is located along the Seawall. Though there is a beautiful ocean view and you can access the water across from the condo, there is no sand beach directly in front of our condo. Effective 4/20/15, our reservations and property management are being handled by Vacasa Vacation Management. Our local property manager, Patrick Cummins is IN Galveston and available 24/7 for emergencies that arise. You can also reach their operations center at the number listed between 7am-10pm daily. Patrick's number will be provided along with your vacation documents for confirmed reservations.

NOTE: Our minimum rental age is 25 and is strictly enforced - - there are NO exceptions. If you are not 25, please do not submit an inquiry asking for an exception. Since many OCEAN GROVE owners live on site year-round, we rent only to families and/or married couples over the age of 25. We do not rent to groups of singles or college students or for special events/parties.

Note that holidays and special event times may require longer than the minimum stay noted for the travel season.

About VACASA - Vacation Rentals Made Easy

Conrad and I met in Paris, France and always had a passion for travel and experiencing new places and people. Although we live and work in Indiana, we love to travel with our two girls, when possible. As they have gotten older, getting away has been more difficult so we decided to 'share' our home with other families who love to 'get-away' too!

Ocean Grove is SO convenient to the beaches, the night life, historic sightseeing and family activities, and it's NOT 'in the middle of it all'! There were NO hassles getting around, making it seem like the perfect location. It's very quiet/private - - you feel like you are at home instead of in the middle of all the 'hub-bub' of prime vacation season. You are only 5 minutes from any of it - - when you want it - - and can escape to peace and quiet when you don't!

What makes this condo unique

When we decided to share the condo with guests, we looked back on our experience when renting condos from rental agencies and even individuals. What became clear is that most people don't worry about the 'details' that can make the stay truly special. In deciding how to equip our home, we looked at it from the perspective of 'what would WE want if we were staying here?' That lead to tons of extra amenities and special surprises that truly are not common among vacation rentals. We hope you will enjoy the thought we have put into making this the most unique, hassle-free vacation experience you will ever have!

Home away from Home

Lyn, our host, has thought of absolutely everything! The unit had the perfect location, and there was nothing that we wanted for. Bandaid? Check! Every spice needed to cook? Check! Beach towels and suncreen? Yep - that too. We took full advantage of the gym and beautiful pool. The building and grounds are beautifully maintained and even the staff at the condo are long-term and wonderful. We are already looking at dates to come back. I can't recommend this unit or host enough. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Perfectly organized and supplied.

Condo was exquisitely decorated and maintained. Everything we needed to cook was in place. But.....where was the beach? We arrived, changed into our suits, and scampered across the very busy, noisy road to the beach, but there were only rocks. Please include this in your descriptions, we wanted to have beach access.

Owner's Response: I am SO sorry you were not happy with the location of the condo. Under the "Location Type" section, I currently have the following language: Oceanfront: Gorgeous view of the Gulf from the Seawall! Please note that there is no sand beach access from the condo. Beaches locations can be found at www.galveston.com/beachparks. I can also move it in to the general description of the property, but honestly, I've never had anyone who specifically wanted the beach not to ask me about it.... Sorry it was a disappointment for you, but am so glad you enjoyed the condo itself!

Great Condo

The home was very nice, however initially there were some issues with the linen. The owner responded immediately and addressed the issue even though we did not arrive until after 8pm. There after, the condo was great, the view was great and the location was awesome.

Excellent Place to Stay!

The condo was conveniently located to all the restaurants on 61st streets. We were able to cross the street and look at the seawall. The place is well kept, we enjoyed all the amenities it offered. We just wish it could have been warmer in March!
