Welcome to Piccirillo's 'Paradise Beach' Condo. Come stay in our beautiful, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath condo (Unit #306) located on Seawall Boulevard in Galveston. We are conveniently located on the 3rd floor - - which is the 1st floor of condos, as assigned parking is located on levels 1 & 2. We have a beautiful end unit just steps from the elevator and our assigned parking is only one floor below us, right next to the stairs to our unit! (Photos updated 08/05/2013!)

Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen size beds, bedroom 3 has feather topped double with convenient trundle for extra accommodations. Prepare your favorite meals in our gourmet, state-of-the art kitchen with all new appliances and more cookware than you'll know what to do with!! Go for a swim in our 100 foot 'never-ending' pool or spend a little time in our well-appointed fitness facility. Breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay, private lake, and lushly landscaped grounds. Travertine floors, bathroom counters and shower stalls. Granite kitchen countertops, stainless Whirlpool appliances, Delta faucets, high speed internet access. Minutes from Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, the Lone Star Flight Museum or the beach! Just 10 minutes from the downtown historic Strand district. Great fishing, shopping and dining all within a few miles of the condo. Whatever it is you're looking for, you can find it minutes from our front door.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES: Rates noted below. $500 reservation deposit required to secure desired dates. Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Must select from either $39 Damage Waiver ($1000 accidental damage coverage) or $500 refundable security deposit. Additionally, must retain a credit card on file until stay is complete. Once full payment is received, renters will be provided with lock access code (no extra stop to check-in and pick up keys!), parking information and arrival instructions. The ultimate in convenience and hassle-free vacationing!!
NOTE: Our minimum rental age is 25 and is strictly enforced - - there are NO exceptions. If you are not 25, please do not submit an inquiry asking for an exception. Since many OCEAN GROVE owners live on site year-round, we rent only to families and/or married couples over the age of 25. We do not rent to groups of singles or college students or for special events/parties.

Conrad and I met in Paris, France and always had a passion for travel and experiencing new places and people. Although we live and work in Indiana, we love to travel with our two girls, when possible. As they have gotten older, getting away has been more difficult so we decided to 'share' our home with other families who love to 'get-away' too!

Ocean Grove is SO convenient to the beaches, the night life, historic sightseeing and family activities, and it's NOT 'in the middle of it all'! There were NO hassles getting around, making it seem like the perfect location. It's very quiet/private - - you feel like you are at home instead of in the middle of all the 'hub-bub' of prime vacation season. You are only 5 minutes from any of it - - when you want it - - and can escape to peace and quiet when you don't!
What makes this condo unique
When we decided to share the condo with guests, we looked back on our experience when renting condos from rental agencies and even individuals. What became clear is that most people don't worry about the 'details' that can make the stay truly special. In deciding how to equip our home, we looked at it from the perspective of 'what would WE want if we were staying here?' That lead to tons of extra amenities and special surprises that truly are not common among vacation rentals. We hope you will enjoy the thought we have put into making this the most unique, hassle-free vacation experience you will ever have!
