First of all, the website must not be updated, as this is not the exact interior look of unit # 302, but same exact layout. Exterior view is of unit # 302 facing East, not taken from. This unit has just recently been purchased & is constantly being updated on furnishes This is a very spacious condo with lots of storage closets & open floor plan. Condo location is idea, short walking distance to everything on Clearwater beach. 10 min. walk to South end. (Sand Key Bridge over Pass) & 10 min. walk to Marina & Pier 60. Best place to enter beach is to walk from condo & is only 5 mins. to waters edge. For Family's with children, Mc Donalds is withen eye site of condo & only a 3 min. walk. Beautiful Sunset's can be seen from Balcony as can the Sunrise. Condo is on a Dead end canal from main waterway & has good tidal movements. At low tide, bottom is exposed approx. 10' from seawall & @ high tide, water is @ sea wall edge. Fishing seemed slow from dock during day, but better towards eveing & really good @ first sunlight in AM. I didn't see anyone catch fish, but I personally caught a Black Drum, Croaker, Saltwater Catfish, & believe it or not, a juvinile Hogfish or Hog Snapper. To get a better idea of this condo & location, go to Google Earth & type in address of 100 Bayside Dr. & click on street view, you will feel like your walking down the sidewalk. To sum it up, if your looking for a large spacious quiet secure luxury condo in a excellent location, look no further than Sun West Palms. ( Family of 6) kids age 22 mo's, 6 & 10 years old & a 88 y/o Grandpa. Thanks Judy & Scott . Craig. Ocala, FL
