Enjoy a wonderful vacation on Venice Island in this spacious single family home located only 4 blocks from the beach. This beautifully remodeled vacation home features 4 bedrooms, (2 bedrooms have queen size beds, one has a king-size bed, and one has 2 twin beds). Our Venice Island home will comfortably sleep up to 8 people - perfect for two families vacationing together. The house has a large living room with cable TV, eat-in kitchen with up-to-date appliances, family room, spacious lanai overlooking the 5 person hot tub, and beautifully landscaped fenced-in-yard, (our home is pet friendly). Our fully furnished home is close to some of Venice Islands finest beaches including Casperson, Brohard, and Sharky's fishing pier beach.

Venice Island is a beautiful beach town with a wonderful downtown district. Its beaches are some of the best along the gulf coast. Casperson Beach is famous for the shark-teeth that can be found along the waters edge. Brohard Beach is a great spot to take your dog for a swim. Sharky's Fishing Pier Beach is home to a fabulous restaurant, (Sharky's), fishing pier and nice swimming beach. The Venice Island downtown area is a picturesque palm tree lined street with plenty of nice restaurants and shops.
