Available by the week or nightly! Mountain Watch is one of the best locations on the mountain - right out our door is the Villager Lift and the Stratton Village. Nightly rental requires a 2 night minimum. Our condo is decorated with Vermont slate and pergo floors, oriental rugs, Jacuzzi tub, and recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Our most recent additions include brand new bedding (Montana lodge pole pine), living room furniture, cookware and place settings. Your time spent in the property will be memorable with our 42” flat screen HDTV, DVD, VCR, high fidelity stereo, PlayStation 2, and wireless Internet access (with laser printer). Come enjoy our wood burning fireplace and two outside decks for fresh mountain air. Price is all-inclusive to provide slope side gated parking, your own ski locker, utilities and firewood. Cleaning is extra at $120 per stay.

Mountain Watch is one of the most sought after locations in Stratton due to its proximity to the lifts and to the village. Park your car in the gated lot right outside the building and there's no need to use it until you leave. Stratton Mountain has fantastic hiking, skiing, world class golf, swimming, fishing, and dining all in the area. Winter activities include ice skating, cross country skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, and sleigh rides in Green Mountain National Forest.

Ski: The best skiing in Southern Vermont. Stratton has an excellent ski school for the kids and they consistently rate among the best grooming in the East. With your own ski locker, bring your equipment up at the beginning of the season and leave it there.

Great Weekend!

Just spent a wonderful weekend here. The pictures on the website are exact. Nicely decorated , updated, very clean, super comfortable. It was nice that soaps, kleenex, sugar packets (for coffee) little extras were included - those items you are most likely to forget.

The owner is extremely detailed and gave us exact directions as to how to get in, where to put skis, parking, etc. I forgot something at the condo & the owner very nicely said she would locate it for me. She is very nice to deal with and very accommodating.

The chair lift is about 20 steps from the side door of condo. What more can a ski family ask for? We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable, Convenient Condo in Stratton

My family stayed at the condo. My 2 sons and their friend are in their twenties and it was a great place because they could walk to the nightlife in the Village. It was also very convenient for skiing. You could ski right to the back door. The condo was clean and decorated really nice, and I didn't have to fill up the car with sheets and towels, they were all provided. The kitchen had all the gadgets needed.

Even though the snow this year was sparce, the mountain did a wonderful job snowmaking and grooming. I would definitely return next year. Thanks for sharing your place!

True home away from home

We have stayed many times at Stratton through the years, however, I must say this is the nicest Mountain Watch condo we have ever rented . This condo truly has all the comforts of home. Every room is spotless, the kitchen is so well equipped cooking is a breeze if you want to prepare meals. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable with great linens and fluffy towels. The fireplace is cozy and well stocked with wood upon arrival. The location within the resort is great. Park in front of unit, ski in, ski out. Just a few steps to the village. The owners are great to work with The unit looks exactly like the photos. We could not ask for more and we hope to return soon. Perfect!!

place was clean, comfortable, and a great location, i would tell my friends if they where heading to stratton to check it out. the owners where very attentive to our needs, and easy to communicate with.

Great Place to Visit

Just got back from a long weekend at this lovely condo!
It was spotlessly clean, contains all the amenities you need for a great ski weekend. You can park your car and leave it in the lot as Stratton Mt and the Village are downstairs, right outside the door. The lift is a three minute walk up a short hill and you can ski right back to the buildings door.
The owners were a pleasure to deal with. If you are going to rent it take good care of it as we are going back up soon!
