Updated over the past few years, in warm taupes, creams and muted sages the home has decorator touches, but comfy too. The upstairs main living area encompasses the kitchen, living room, dining room and leads to a screened porch for dining “al fresco". This 2nd floor level also hosts the master bedroom and bath and a guest bedrooms and bath. On the 1st floor, and you’ll find 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a family room with sleeper sofa and laundry room. The family room leads out to the pool area for enjoyment by all. This is a great family home. FREE tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. 5TV's, 4VCR'S, 1 DVD and CD Stereo.
