Two Story home has been completely redone w/new hardwood floors on second level/stairs. All new furniture throughout! Private entry two car garage and landscaped patio with new patio table/chairs. High ceilings and lots of windows accent a formal dining room, large family room with new Sharp Aquos 32' LCD HDTV w/new Sony DVD & VCR combo, gas fireplace, new queen sofabed/couch and fully-equipped island kitchen. Separate laundry w/new oversize washer & dryer and guest bath complete the downstairs. *Barbecue @ Community Pool complex steps away. Upstairs are two 'master suites : One master is very large with new King Bed, new Sharp Aquos 32' LCD HDTV, separate-generous seating area with new queen sofabed, two closets (one walk-in) and direct entrance into full hall bath with dual sinks, tub/shower combo which is shared by third bedroom with a new queen bed. My family and I (wife, 7 year old daughter and Grandma, plus two newborn twins) stayed here during a wonderful period of our lives from mid-December 2008 thru to early February 2009. Our twins arrived here (from Tricity Hospital) aged 8 and 10 days on Christmas Day and 2 days later. The house was perfect and immaculately kept up and well equipped and we had a really great time - perfect location, lots to see in the area and great shopping and beach nearby. When the twins are older, we hope to return.
