Windsor Hills Resort Amenities:
Resort amenities included: gated security community, a breath-taking Olympic sized heated pool with water slide, fountains, beach area, and an large hot whirlpool spa. Newly opened is the resort's sports recreational facility that provides tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts along with a large golf putting green. The clubhouse has a fitness room, game room, 40-seat movie theater, and a sundry shop. Also at Windsor Hills is a precious children's themed playground complete with a castle and giant chess board.
BBQ grills of any kind are not allowed at Windsor Hills on the balconies. However there is a charcoal grill next to the volleyball courts, with picnic tables.
Elevators, Parking, Trash & Picking Up The Keys:
All condo buildings at Windsor Hills have centrally located elevators. You will never have to carry your heavy suitcases up flights of stairs. Parking is available in front of our condominium. RV parking is available and it is by the basketball, tennis court area. Also note that trash collection is provided frequently. The seated bench outside every front door are the trash collection bins. Just lift up the seat and place your trash there.
Since we use a touchpad electronic deadbolt at the door, you do not have to stop at a management company off-site or arrive at any special time. Take your time getting here, the condo is ready for you. You can check in anytime after 3PM on your arrival day, or as late as you want to arrive. We send you the key code before your arrival.

Are there cleaning supplies?
We provide regular cleaning supplies such as a mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, 8 kitchen trash liners, 1 kitchen paper towel roll, and 2 toilet tissue rolls (1 per bath). As this style of vacation is classed as 'self-catering', you will be responsible for other needs, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, etc.
There is a grocery store in the Formosa Garden Shopping center located 1 mile from the resort, SuperTarget is 5 miles on Hwy 192 , and Wal-Mart Supercenter is 7 miles away on US-27.
Can we smoke?
In accordance with Florida State Laws, our condo is designated a No Smoking area.
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets in our condos. Not because we don't love pets. We have a dog ourselves. It's because of allergies of other guests. It is better for all concerned.
Other Activities:
For the angler in the family, Kissimmee offers some of the best freshwater fishing in the world. The Kissimmee Chain of Lakes is recognized worldwide.
