3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, Large Jacuzzi. (3 month minimum stay!)

Tastefully furnished and located 2 miles from trendy Atlantic Avenue and an extra mile to an absolutely beautiful sandy beach. Immaculate and well maintained 5 year old townhouse with Mediterranean flare. Walk out the door for public golfing and community swimming pool. Private covered patio with gas grill. Beautiful master bedroom with large jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, double sinks and huge walk-in closet. Ample closet space throughout. Great shopping and restaurants less than 1 mile. Pack your bags and move on in as this charming home is well equipped with all essentials. All bedrooms have queen size beds and are very comfy and cozy with high quality mattresses. Washer and dryer. There is 3 month minimum stay as required by the Home Owners Association. Reasonable monthly rates.

Walk out the front door for golfing and community swimming pool. Just a straight 2-3 mile drive to the charming downtown Atlantic Avenue and beautiful sandy Beach! Other shopping and restaurants all within one mile!

Delray Beach has a lot to offer with abundant gourmet restaurants, nightlife, music and art festivals year-round. Beautiful sandy beaches add to the charm of this quaint town. 1/2 hour drive north brings you to West Palm Beach attractions and 1/2 hour south brings you to Fort Lauderdale attractions.You just might be content to stay in Delray Beach as it is a lively town with a lot to offer for all ages. Trendy downtown Atlantic Avenue and beautiful sandy beach is an easy drive straight 2-3 miles East. Townhouse is located approx. 1 mile west of 95 just off West Atlantic Avenue.

Other Activities: Shopping and restaurants with-in one mile.

Feel right at home in this rental townhouse!

My wife and I have vacationed in this home for two consecutive winters.
The kitchen and dining areas are well laid out and suitable for entertaining. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and there is a good supply of linens and towels. The rooms are all tastefully decorated. The property is very well maintained inside and out. Important to note is that the owners are quick to respond to any concern that may arise during your stay. The neighbourhood is quiet; shopping is nearby; and there is an executive golf course right at your doorstep. Had we not purchased our own vacation home nearby, we would have come back for another season.
Highly recommended.
