Welcome to our special place in Paradise with a Million Dollar View. This up scale condo is located in the Heart of the Florida Keys. You will have one of the most beautiful open water views of any condo throughout the Keys. Its central location puts you within an hour drive to any of the spectacular attractions the Keys have to offer from Key Largo to Key West. You will be only five minutes from the renowned Dolphin Research Center (where Flipper was trained) and only ten (10) minutes from the world famous 7 Mile Bridge. Some of the world’s best sport fishing is just a few miles off shore as well as the best snorkeling locations anywhere, including in the Caribbean.

You will have the advantage of lounging or walking one of the longest and undisturbed sandy beaches in the Keys. Or you can relax by the large pool just a few steps from the turquoise water of the Atlantic Ocean. All you need to bring are the clothes you can relax in. Remember, shorts, a T shirt and flip flops are acceptable attire in all of our eating establishments. After all, we are in the Keys.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, your own private bath and a door that opens to the balcony with an undisturbed view of the ocean. The second bedroom has two (2) twin beds and a large closet with its own TV. The rest of your home away from home has a second full bath, a washer and dryer, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with pull-out queen sofa, love seat, lounging chair and a 46 inch wide screen TV. An elevator is available to take you from the parking lot 2 floors up, just steps away from your front door.

Golf anyone? If you are a golfer you will have access to the 18 hole private course at Sombrero Country Club, one of the only two (2) private country clubs in the keys (of course greens fees and cart fees will be your responsibility.) You will also have access to your own private tennis court if you want the exercise. Are you a boater? Several locations are very near by to dock your boat. Or, you can rent a boat for a day or longer from one of the boat rental locations in Marathon.

So, pack up your flip flops, a few pairs of shorts and T shirts (underwear is always optional here) and come on down to the best year round weather in the entire USA if not the entire world. And don’t forget any of the extras you may want to enjoy: golf clubs, fishing poles, fins, snorkels and masks. THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR!!! We hope to see you soon. Marathon Rental

Christmas in the Keys

The property was described and pictured accurately. It was clean and well-maintained. The beach location was nice, however there were plenty of no see ums. There was a very nice beach approximately 10 min away that wasn't very crowded. The pool was clean and warm. There are plenty of activities available in Marathon (boat rental, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling) and it is centrally located in the Keys. My entire family of six (ages 9-21) enjoyed themselves.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind words. The "no see ums" are a product of Florida. When there is no breeze they will be noticed. However, it is a rare day in the keys that there is no breeze, The "no see ums" are the small price we pay for living in Paradise. We look forward to your return next Christmas.
