Duplex- First Floor has two bedrooms, two baths, Kitchen, Dining and living room. No Washer/Dryer Or Dishwasher. Second Floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom, Dining, living room and small kitchen.This floor has a washer and dryer no dishwasher. House includes 10 Beach Badges, Wireless Internet, Flat screen HD Tv's, DVD players and a library of DVD movies. WE DO NOT RENT TO PROMS. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT. $450.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Will be returned 2 weeks after your rental week

    WE DO REQUIRE A $450.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT WE DO RETURN WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER YOUR RENTAL.
  • 1st floor please inquire about renting this floor 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living dining room, front porch with table chairs and grill. One outside shower. No dishwasher, no washer or dryer. Walk to the beach.2nd floor please inquire about renting this floor 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living, dining area. Front deck with partial ocean views.
