Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates start at $90 a night.
  • Please contact owner for rate information. APPROXIMATELY 40% DISCOUNT will be given off the resort listed price. Rates are variable, weekends start at $120 per night. Holidays and special events are subject to change. A 5% extra discount will be available for repeat stays. One night reservations will be slightly higher. Check in time is 3PM, check out time is 11AM. Visa and Master Card are accepted and all reservations are final. A $25 administration fee per the MGM will be charged. Place reservations early to insure extended stays.

    Sold out dates on the Signature-MGM website are always available because my unit is privately owned
