Relax and refresh in the peaceful wooded setting and abundant fresh Catskill air. Take great hikes starting at the front door or throughout the Catskill Park. Our quiet winding road runs through the valley with majestic mountain views. It is a short ride to the center of Roxbury, Margaretville or Andes.

You will be in a completely private setting yet full-time neighbors are hidden nearby. Main floor includes three bedrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Grill out or cook in. There are two & a half bathrooms, one with a steam shower. The lower level has a playroom, workshop, half bath & washer/dryer. Enjoy our antique board games and HD TVs.

The serenity of the woods will refresh you as you delight in its many charms. On a clear night, you will marvel at a nighttime sky holding more stars than can be believed. Winter events and activities are extensive and are sure to engage all age groups.

This is a pet-friendly home in the Catskill Watershed.

Our quiet winding road runs through the valley with majestic mountain views. It is a short ride to the center of Roxbury,Margaretville or Andes. You will be in a completely private sitting yet full-time neighbors are hidden nearby. The surrounding area also offers golfing, country auctions, fine dining, fly fishing, spa services and lots of country peace and relaxation.

Great place to get away with family.

Great place to get away with family. The house was everything what we need, perfect condition, clean and well maintained, very cozy. Enormous back yard, a lot of space for children to play, wonderful view of the mountains. Skiing was a blast.

This is our second stay and each time it's gets better and better! The house is just perfect, so comfy, cozy and so wonderfully decorated and homey. The views from the porch and back deck are amazing....!!! Just a wonderful experience all the way around. Found a great hiking trails just outside of Margaretville. Maybe our next trip back here will be in the winter to do some skiing, real close to Plattekill. The owners are great and they have 2 pairs of snow shoes that guests can use on their property. I'll be back!
