This very clean, large (1400 sq') condo has new comfortable beds, a generous supply of towels etc., WiFI, new cupboards, granite countertops, new paint and lighted balcony. Every room has a wall of glass overlooking the world's most beautiful beaches, a large TV with a VCR/DVD and premium cable channels. There is a well equipped kitchen and a large pantry. The Master bedroom has a King bed, full bath, and dinette. The second bedroom has two queen beds and new furniture . The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area has an extra large dining table that seats six very comfortably and a snack bar. A free beach set-up (two lounges & Umbrella) Mar-Oct is yours. At Hwy 79 & Front Beach Rd it is close to local fun, Shipwreck Island, golfing, pier park, fishing, jet skiing, Greyhound racing & more. We have a comprehensive, informative Restaurant and local attractions guide for you. The complex has only 64 units, thus the pool area and the beach are never crowded.

The kitchen has a generous supply of dishes, glassware, towels, utensils and pots and pans. No renter's under 25 years old.

You can often see the dolphin swim by or the pelicans fishing or the sandpipers splash in the surf. On the balcony you can soak up the sun, listen to the surf, sip a cool drink or just relax with a good book. We have wireless Internet, WiFi, A free Beach set-up right on the sand comes with all rentals between March and November. We are close to the new Pier Park Shopping and Restaurant Complex and all of Panama City beaches great attractions, shopping and restaurants. We know that you and your family will enjoy our condo and this lovely area of the Gulf Coast.

Location: We are quickly and easily located 1/2 mile west of Hwy 79 on Front Beach Rd. We are close to the city pier, and the Panama City Beach Welcome center. We are minutes from all of the Panama City Beach attractions: Shipwreck Island, Ripley's Museum, the Gran Maze, the Miracle Strip Amusement park and Fun-land arcade, Gulf World Marine Park, the new Sports Complex and Aquatic Center at Frank Brown Park, Zooworld and the Sea Breeze Winery. We are only a short drive to Greyhound racing at Ebro or the site of the new International Airport. We are within 30 minutes of seaside, the beaches of South Walton, Scenic Hwy 30-A and the SandestinSilver Sands Outlet Center. We are close to upscale and casual dining as well as within walking distance to a grocery store, post office, diner, library, shops, the Panama City Pier and the new Pier Park shopping and entertainment area.

Other Activities: Panama City Beach has Scuba and dinner cruises, helicopter tours, theater, canoeing, rafting, bowling, bingo, miniature golf and more!

I believe this is nicest condo that we have ever stayed in. The view is absolutely beautiful and the condo was beautiful as well. The pictures on the website does not do the condo justice. It was beautiful, spotless and extremely comfortable. The owner provided great customer service making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this condo again.

Thank you Jean for making this the best vacation ever for me and my boys.

Fantastic Panama City Beach rental

We just returned from the most marvelous trip ever! We stayed at this "walls of glass: Gulf front condo" and it was amazing. It was spotless; the appliances were new, and we could not ask for more. Ceiling to floor full-glass sliding glass windows on the sixth floor displayed a breath-taking view of the Gulf with "powder-sugar" white sand beach from every room. It is the best place we have rented in Florida. We cannot wait to return.

The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The elevator was always available. The condo even had a washer and dryer inside the condo.

The owner was extremely helpful.

The Boars Head restaurant located on Beachfront Road was fabulous (flounder and steaks). Also, for a lot of casual fun, we enjoyed Pineapple Willy's -- great fish!

We already recommended this vacation rental to our neighbors and families. We gave it a 5 star (highest rating). Linda & Jim

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed...everything we could possibly have needed was furnished. The condo was huge, really clean; the views and beach were beautiful! The owner was the most caring we have ever dealt with and very helpful with directions and getting rental set up. She even called during the week to check on us and be sure things were okay. We'll definitely be going back to her condo again! We had a great week in a great place!
