Long or short term stays welcome. Charming, wooded, colonial house in quiet cul-de-sac. Lots of updates, modern amenities, 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths with large deck and fenced in yard. Relaxing living area with large smart TV with Roku for streaming. Big kitchen with breakfast nook & large dining room.

This home sits on 1/2 acre cul-de-sac lot in the heart of Charlotte. Just minutes from Cotswold Mall, Southpark Mall, Uptown Charlotte or Matthews. It comfortably sleeps 12 people if you utilize the two provided air mattresses. Driveway parking with overflow onto the street. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Location is wonderful as you can walk to local restaurants, fast food, joints, grocery stores, pharmacies, dry cleaners, banks, movie theaters, nail salons or vape stores. Close to Sportsplex at Matthews and McAlpine Creek Park. The owners live nearby the property for any last minute needs.

You will have access to the entire main house and the large, private deck. Garage and driveway in front of garage is for owner use only (guest driveway is to the left of the home).

Privacy abounds with keypad entry you can come and go as you please. We live nearby to be able to check in if necessary. Quiet hours between 9pm-8am.

Convenient location with groceries/restaurants/shopping less than half a mile away and accessible via neighborhood streets.

Near everything! Uptown, Southpark and Cotswold just a quick drive or cheap Uber/Lyft ride.

Parking is on the LEFT side of the driveway (or in street) for the main house. The owners use the right side of the driveway to access their home which sits behind the property. This property comes with enough amenities for your stay (assuming you entered the correct # of guests) anything above and beyond what is left is left to the responsibility of the guest.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
• Fridge, freezer, stove, toaster oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crock pot, and microwave are available for your use.
• Two air beds and additional linens are also available.
• Walk-in shower in Master. Tub in Shared Hall Bath.
•Pots and pans are located in the kitchen.
•Crockery and glassware are in the cupboards near the sink.
•Cutlery is in the drawers.

For check out, please bag garbage and start dishwasher/hand wash dishes.
