Sugar Hill is located within walking distance of the Quechee town center and Simon Pearce, with easy access to the Quechee Club and all amenities: two golf courses, tennis, private lake with beach, fitness center and the Quechee Ski Hill. The main floor of unit has a fully equipped kitchen with open floor plan, making it comfortable for large and small groups to enjoy the dining room, living room with fireplace, half-bath and the first of three outdoor spaces. The lower level contains a second living room (great place to send the kids!) with a queen futon couch. There is also a queen bedroom, full bathroom and outdoor patio access. On the third floor, the master bedroom has an adjoining full bathroom and access to the third floor balcony. Two additional bedrooms (one with twin beds and another with double bed and crib) and a third full bath are also on this floor, making the condo very comfortable for single or multiple families.
