This 6 bedroom home is located on Liberty Village approx 10 to 15 mins drive to Disney. Villa has a separate Spa for relaxing in at night after a hectic day at the parks. The garage conversion is ideal for the kids to play pool, darts or play on the PlayStation 2 with over 20 games. 3 Bedrooms downstairs with 2 bathrooms and another 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 more bathrooms, over 2700 sq ft under air with 2 lounges means plenty of room for everyone. House is fully equipped for your stay with linens and towels and full kitchen equipment. We hope you will enjoy your time in our villa, bring your laptop to use the high speed internet. Liberty Village is only 2 miles from a 24 hr Wal-Mart, just 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes to Sea World and 30 minutes to Universal Studios. Great restaurants and shopping on the 192 Highway just 3 miles from the house. There are at least 7 major shopping areas within 30 minutes of the house and the beaches are just an hour away for either the Atlantic and surfing or the Gulf Coast for soft sand shell searching and beautiful birds.

Please note that this is our home, we try to provide what will be needed for your vacation with extras like the Gamesroom, Playstation with approx 20 games, DVDs. Although we take care to make sure everything works this is a home, items do break down, we always try to get them fixed as soon as possible, if you have booked pool heat and the pool heater does not work we obviously will refund the pool heat charge .

When we arrived at the villa it looked amazing from the outside.Unfortunately when we entered there was a strong smell of animals. On looking further there was animal hair every where. Obviously the cleaner hadn't cleaned very well. My daughter who is allergic to animals ended up vacuuming from top to bottom the first night we arrived. Luckily we spent most days out of doors so she coped. Also the swimming pool and hot tub weren't working when we got there. I reported this straight away and this was rectified as soon as was possible. On the whole we had a fantastic holiday. The villa was situated close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. It was very roomy and nicely decorated. We could have done with a few more brochures for things to do. Saying that we did do an airboat ride which was brilliant. We wanted to do a helicopter ride as well, unfortunately it rained the day we were going to do it so they weren't flying. Something to do for next time though. Went to Univeral Studios, Aquatica, Wet 'n' Wild and Sea World. All were excellent. We ate at the Longhorn Restaurant and Ponderosa. If you go make sure you are hungry, the food is excellent, and so cheap. If you hire a car make sure you hire a Sat Nav. The first couple of times we went we didn't have one. What a difference it made having it. We didn't get lost once. All in all a fantastic holiday. Great place to stay once cleaned. People are so friendly over there. Can't wait till next time.

Owner's Response: The property is advertised as a non pet home specifically to avoid a future guest with any form of pet allergy arriving, should not have a bad experience. It was most disturbing to find that a previous guest had brought an animal with them that we were unaware off, and as soon as we were made aware of the situation we brought new air filters and completed another vacuuming of the house once the guests were out at the parks.

As soon as any maintenance issues are notified we react immediately, in this instance we already had a new motherboard for the hot tub on order from the manufacturer and this was replaced as soon as it arrived. We are very pleased however that the guests still managed to enjoy their vacation.

The house is exactly as it is depicted in the slide show. it was a great place to stay . It is not too far from any attraction, including Disney, Universal and Sea World. The only issue that I can say we had was the hot tub did not work. The house was clean, the game room was fun and the pool was also fun to use.
