This luxurious, Mediterranean style townhome is located in the Preserve, a Summer Beach Resort property. The gated community is near the Ritz Carlton and beaches and is approximately 15 minutes from historic Fernandina Beach. This light and airy end-unit has 3 bedrooms and a wonderful view of the lake. The professionally decorated unit has 2 plasma TVs, bamboo floors, loft area with computer access and 2 Lanai's. You can enjoy the community pool only a short stroll away or convenient beach access at the Beach Club or Peter's Point (within walking distance). Our guests have privileges at The Golf Club of Amelia Island (adjacent to the Ritz) and lighted tennis courts. There are fabulous restaurants and great shopping through-out the island.

It is centrally located and close to fabulous beaches, seven golf courses, spas and the historic town of Fernandina with great restaurants and shopping.
