The Landmark at Stratton Luxury condos are by far the most requested location and building at Stratton Mountain. This is a brand new luxury building consisting of just 34 high end units located in the center of Stratton Village. The building offers many amenities such as: Private parking just steps from the slopes, ski concierge, ski on ski off, Private ski Lockers, gourmet restaurant & bar located in our lobby 'Verde', Owners Lounge with Pool Table, Foosball Table, TV and Wireless Internet, all for your use at no charge! My Condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 floor unit offering granite kitchen and baths, high end furnishings and linens, flat screen TV's, Bose radio, xbox for the kids. The unit can sleep 12 in beds and 14 including one pull out couch.

Perfect Family Ski Vacation

My family rented this Luxury Condo for New Years Week. The Landmark in our opinion is the only place you want to be when visiting Stratton. There were large crowds but we were right where we needed to be with our group of 10. We had private parking in the center of Stratton Village (worth its weight in GOLD), We had ski locker to keep all of our equipment out of the condo, which was located right by the slopes, Our kids were able to be on there own schedule because the condo is located right in the center of the village, We did not need to drive anywhere, we could all walk to any eateries as well as walk out the door to ski. This made our trip hassle free and we all appreciated that! The Landmark is upscale, new, kept well and also had a restaurant as well as an owners lounge on the main floor, which our kids used to play pool, watch TV, play foosball ect...We will definitely be coming back to this building and to this Condo Unit!
