The villa is located in Hills Bay Drive, a cozy cul-de sac and was built in 2001. The property is maintained by a professional management company located in Bridgewater Crossing. Should you have any questions or need any help their staff are only a stones throw away. There is also free use a communal swimming pool, tennis, volleybal and Basketballl courts as well as a fantastic children's playground. All are immaculately maintained by our homeowners' association. A Chevron petrol station is situated left out of Bridgewater Crossing which also doubles up as a convenience store. The nearest shopping mall is three miles away by Champions Gate and includes a Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, Liquor Store, Dry Cleaners, Nail & Hair Salon and restaurants to complete the complex. These facilities are conveniently located only a few minutes drive from the villa.

We offer free phone calls to US & Canada. Bed linen and towels will be provided on arrival at the property. Digital television provides 200 channels. Apart from the main lounge TV there are portables in every bedroom. There is also a DVD/VCR and Sony PlayStation in the lounge. The master bedroom enjoys a large walk in closet and the en-suite bathroom has a large oval tub, twin vanity units and a separate walk-in shower and toilet. The utility room is situated between the kitchen and garage an contains a washing machine, separate dryer, ironing board and iron. A baby high chair is also provided and a cot can be made available on request. Pool heating is strongly recommended between November and February at an extra cost. There is also a telephone situated in the villa available for local calls only. Occupants can call further afield using a phone card easily available from any store or gas station. Arriving late? Golf:
Bridgewater Crossing is situated three miles from the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate. This facility offers two excellent 18 hole courses. Mystic Dunes at the Wyndham Resort is also highly recommended and is located five miles from the villa. Vouchers can be found at the villa to receive a $20 discount from this course. Highland Reserve can be found on Highway 27 North while Southern Dunes is located 15 miles away on Highway 27 South. Disney has six courses which is a short journey from the villa.
