Master bedroom has private bath and french doors that open to pool/ patio area. Two guest bedrooms are contemporary and comfortable. Guest bathroom has soaking bath tub. Flat screen LCD television with satellite TV, Internet access. Bose stereo. Private backyard/ pool area. Gas grill. Screened in porch. House is steps to private ocean beach, as well as small park on inter-coastal waterway. Close to Hillsboro Inlet, where fishing boats bring in daily catch each day. Also close to great restaurants, activities. You will relax and unwind the moment you arrive. If you love the beach, swimming, snorkeling, long walks -you will love this home! Hillsboro Shores is a charming, beachfront neighborhood with a private beach for residents. Beach is short walk (3 minutes) from home. Hillsboro Inlet and Marina is also a short walk away. Drift fishing boats leave daily - a fun thing to do with the kids. Private charter fishing boats also leave from the inlet. Walk to inlet at end of day and buy fresh daily catch from the boat captains. Boat and jet-ski rentals nearby. Great restaurants along A-IA. Also grocery stores a short drive away to buy supplies for wonderful dinners cooked in gourmet kitchen. Great destinations a short drive away - Los Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, South Beach in Miami, Worth Avenue in Palm Beach - great shopping, sightseeing - and best of all - great weather, sunshine, outdoor activities, birdwatching. Wonderful beach for walking, jogging - or just sunbathing and reading a great beach novel. You will relax and enjoy the best that South Florida has to offer.
