2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and 2 Sofa Beds. Sleeps 8.

We are located 4 miles from Walt Disney World, and approximately 10 to 15 minutes away from Sea World and Universal Studios.

Now, is the best time to visit Walt Disney World during their 'Year of a Million Dreams' celebration. Our condo is less than five minutes away by car. Wet and Wild water park, Sea World and Universal Studio/ Islands of Adventure parks are ten to fifteen miles away using easy on and off SR192 and I-4.

* Our Condo is fully furnished, with everything you will need while on vacation. Just recently we have added a full size sofa bed that sleeps two. We also added new tiles to the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms. As well as bamboo flooring to the living room and dining room area. We have added a new patio set, which looks exquisite. The loft is big enough that your children can play there while you are preparing meals.

* We are driving distance from the theme parks and I-4. Down the street is a Chinese restaurant, Houlihans, Subway, Pizza Hut, Cracker Barrel, McDonalds and much much more. Everything you will need on your trip is close by. Driving to and from the parks are easy to get to and back. Walgreens and Super Walmart are both very close by. Come stay and relax at our condo for the same price a hotel room might cost you.

* Going on vacation should be relaxing. Going to Disney should be a memorable experience. We are sure that you will enjoy your experience. We strive to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible. Vacation planning is stressful enough because of worrying about the price of a hotel, car rentals, and theme park tickets. * We want our guests to feel like they are at home with all the amenities we have to offer. We offer a number of special rates, that are much lower than the price of a Walt Disney World hotel.

SR 192 is the major road from Mango Key and has two Publix supermarkets, Super Target,Walgreens, restaurants galore such as Olive Garden, Longhorn Steak House and every fast food palace known to man. A Super Walmart is less than 3 miles away.

Golf: Golfers have many choices for public and semi private courses, all just minutes away, not to mention four beautiful Disney golf courses. I can get you information on golf, if you need it.

    Full payment required 4 weeks prior to arrival .
    All cancellations must be received in writing.
    Cancellation: more than 6 weeks prior: 100% refund, less than 6weeks $50,less than 3 weeks $150 cancellation fee.
    Cancellation: 1 to 4 weeks prior: 50% of total rental amount forfeited.

    A security deposit of $500 (on a credit card) is required prior to occupancy, not charged to your credit card just a form faxed into our property mgmt. company.
    Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance Fee $65 plus tax.
    All reservations are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Was a very clean, well kept condo!! More than enough room for my family of 6. Was very pleased with the whole area!! Tom was very nice to work with. Can't wait to go back and it will be nice to know I won't have to look through all the rentals I will just go back to this one!! I would refer this place to everyone!

We just finished a stay in this property. It was conveniently located to the Disney parks and the highway. The property is small with a very quiet atmosphere. The pool is awesome for relaxing by and/or taking a dip in the hot tub! The property comfortably provided sleeping for 5 adults using the loveseat in the loft. There could have been 2 more sleeping on the pullout sofa in the living room area. We would definitely stay here again.

It looks just like the pictures.Very clean,comfortable and quiet.A great location for Disney(though we didn't go there).The pool was nice and clean and never crowded during our stay.Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.We greatly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This unit is an older than the last few places we've stayed but was comfortable and very conveniant location for us. Pool was very warm and clean. The staff at the office was very friendly and took care in giving tips to area businesses and got maintenace over quickly when needed. Our grandson really enjoyed seeing an aligator in pond & the loft in living room.
