It is ideally situated for both summer and winter activities. The base of Peak 9 is only a 6 minutes drive and the new gondola only 4 minutes away. Main Street is a relaxing twelve minute walk and hiking trails are accessible around the corner from this beautiful mountain getaway. With its three master suites and fourth master/bunk room, Black Bear Haus, with a potential to sleep 15, is perfect for a family reunion, corporate retreat or intimate couples' getaway. Granite counter tops and designer grade appliances are found in the gourmet kitchen. Details, such as a hot tub, pool table, 14 pair boot/glove dryer and steam shower, will make for relaxing entertainment after a day on the mountain and have you ready for more excitement the following day!

The accommodation was 1st Class and in a great location. All the rooms were furnished to a high standard and catered well for a group of 8 adults and 4 small children.

The property was only a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to Main Street with it's host of shops, bars, restaurants and the Gondola to peak 8.

The owners provided us with not only excellent accommodation, but bought us an extra childs crib and gave us a host of information on what to do and where to go in Breckenridge and further afield.
